Prior to launching her own business, Lucy worked with companies in the commercial and third sector, establishing wellbeing strategies that helped employees flourish and businesses succeed. Seventeen years of business development experience has given her expert insight into getting the best out of people in the workplace. She now puts this knowledge into practice, supporting a range of organisations to develop and implement successful employee wellbeing programs.
